Lola has a new hiding place. Behind the maroon curtain is a box of envelopes on top of a wooden crate. It’s like a file drawer, and I can pull the box out — with her in it — like she’s filed under “C” for “cat.” Part of the curtain covers her face when I photograph her in her “secret” spot. (Ah well . . . I think it’s funny!)
