Life at the Guilty Goose (photos by Val Batista)

We are losing are fabulous neighborhood watering hole, the Guilty Goose. It is a great restaurant, it serves wonderful wines and beers at terrific happy-hour prices, and it is very successful. Also, the people who work there are the BEST!!!

But greed (on the part of the building’s owners) is closing it down (in November?) It will become, like the church next door to it, yet another damn condo monstrosity.

There oughta be a law!!

Ron Joseph (Haitian-Brooklynese) and Val Batista joined me here last night. Ron’s holding up the photo of me and my dad at my wedding.

Now it’s just sooooo many chins . . .

Fun!!
