Christmas Eve with Sasha, Jay and Aaron (and 2 VERY large dogs!)

The photos aren’t the best: we all ate and drank enough! I tried to get pix of Jay’s lovely little Lego Christmas village; and then I forgot to get a photo of the beautiful (real!) gingerbread house I brought.

I decorated the tree with Jay; and wrapped all the gifts (the photos don’t really tell the story — there were sooooo many gifts!) Aaron was sent to bed around 9:00, so “Santa would come.” I used special “Santa paper” (that he hadn’t seen) on his gifts so he wouldn’t suspect anything. What a haul he got! AND, he does Hanukkah, too: lucky guy!

Just your basic Jewish-Christian holiday, with great Italian food!

In short, I had a great time; and the parents were too tired to do these things for themselves. So I felt useful, as well. Hooray!
