Happy Easter! Happy Beginnings!

After a winter that severely tested my sanity and health, Spring arrived yesterday in the form of a quiet young Chinese girl, who is my new roommate. She is studying financial investment and will graduate in December; afterwards, she will look for work here and stay on in NYC (we hope!)IMG_9653

I filled the house with vases of daffodils, and I firmly believe their bold color and sweet perfume could be the basis of a strong antidepressant. Every time either of us passes a vase, we lean over to smell them. Hope is newborn!

Today the Easter Bunny left a tiny basket with three chocolate quail eggs in it for my roommate (apparently I have been bad this year?) Happiness is newborn!

I will try to learn from her how to research businesses from an investment point of view; and I will try to steer her toward Amy Domini and her “green” investment company. The more we invest in good things, the better off we all will be (cliché, but true). Wealth may well be reborn!

I finished my site, http://www.NancyWritesCopy.com, and am aiming to specialize in writing (and other services) for the real estate market. Self esteem is also reborn!

Ronan has provided me with a stack of UBS collateral to study, as I need models for my new writing venture. I hope I can get work from his company; but  with the resuscitation of the NYC real estate market, I may have plenty to write and research as it is. But what a wonderful friend he’s been over the past six years! And now the Future is born!

The world’s most elaborate — and often silliest — Easter parade of hats is going on right now on 5th Ave. Laughter prevails!

Lastly, in spite of the craziness of January, February and March, I have been blessed with a wonderful group of supporters/cheer leaders worldwide, and I can’t tell you how grateful I am for all you’ve done for me! Love is continually born!

Happy Spring!IMG_9652
